Resumo

Objetivo: O estudo visa explorar o papel do ChatGPT como uma ferramenta de Inteligência Artificial na educação, avaliar criticamente seu desempenho, discutir possíveis problemas para os alunos e propor melhorias para aprimorar as relações entre professores e alunos.

Método: A pesquisa utiliza dados secundários coletados de várias publicações, incluindo revistas, livros, periódicos e sites relevantes ao tema. O estudo foca em revelar o impacto do ChatGPT na dinâmica professor-aluno.

Resultados: O ChatGPT oferece várias vantagens na educação, incluindo aprendizado personalizado, disponibilidade constante, feedback instantâneo, assistência com tarefas de casa e suporte para aprendizado de idiomas. Ele também pode aumentar o engajamento e fornecer qualidade consistente a um custo menor. No entanto, o estudo identifica desvantagens significativas, como a falta de inteligência emocional, compreensão contextual e personalização. Há preocupações sobre desinformação, dependência excessiva da tecnologia, privacidade, segurança e reforço inadvertido de preconceitos. Para abordar essas questões, o estudo recomenda a implementação de mecanismos eficazes de feedback, a realização de auditorias de segurança regulares, a promoção de ambientes de aprendizado colaborativo e a atualização contínua dos modelos de IA.

Conclusões: Embora o ChatGPT tenha um potencial transformador na educação, sua implementação deve ser cuidadosamente gerenciada para evitar a despersonalização e a dependência da IA em detrimento da interação humana. O estudo enfatiza a importância de equilibrar a IA com o toque humano na educação, garantindo diretrizes éticas e promovendo a alfabetização digital. Um esforço colaborativo entre educadores, formuladores de políticas e tecnólogos é crucial para a integração responsável e ética da IA na educação.
