Influência dos Fatores de Governança e Risco no Investimento em Energia Renovável na Nigéria

Resumo

Objetivo: Este estudo propõe um quadro teórico para avaliar a intenção dos atores de energia convencional na Nigéria de investir em energia renovável. O objetivo é ampliar a Teoria do Comportamento Planejado (TPB), incorporando fatores de governança e investimento, com o intuito de fornecer insights para formuladores de políticas e investidores.

Método: O estudo utiliza um quadro conceitual que combina a TPB com indicadores de governança (como eficácia governamental e estabilidade política) e fatores de investimento (como risco percebido e incentivos fiscais). A coleta de dados será realizada por meio de um questionário, analisado com SPSS e SmartPLS.

Resultados: Espera-se que o quadro mostre que a qualidade da governança e os fatores de investimento influenciam significativamente as intenções de investimento em energia renovável. Uma governança melhorada e um menor risco percebido devem aumentar a probabilidade de investimento em energias renováveis, abordando o significativo déficit elétrico da Nigéria.

Conclusões: O quadro proposto oferece uma abordagem estruturada para entender os fatores que impulsionam investimentos em energia renovável na Nigéria. Se validado, fornecerá insights críticos para a formulação de políticas que incentivem o investimento privado no setor de energias renováveis, ajudando a atingir as metas energéticas e climáticas da Nigéria.
